About the founder
I founded JK Consulting with the mission of providing a humanist approach to consulting for operations-oriented business areas. I believe that people are the cornerstone of success. Through my projects, I have come to realize that developed strategies, their implementation, or optimization projects are only successful when those involved understand the 'why'. Therefore, I work closely with my clients at all levels of the organization to find sustainable solutions that ensure long-term success.

Short bio
These experiences have shaped me and continue to influence my consulting approach to team performance.
After graduating from high school, I completed my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig.
My studies focused on aerospace engineering, as well as business administration and organization.
Both my bachelor's and master's theses were on topics in the field of Lean Management.
The decision to start my own company for the first time arose from the need to act more in accordance with my own values and consulting principles.
With my consulting approach, I want to advance humanist management. It has been proven to be one of the most successful business models (source: "Firms of Endearment" (2014) by Rajendra Sisodia).
I grew up and went to school in Hamburg Altona. I graduated from high school there in 2009 and played soccer intensively throughout my entire school career, making it to the semi-professional level.
Soccer taught me a lot about the increased performance of teams with a common goal compared to individuals.
Following my studies, I joined Horváth in early 2016 to embark on a career in management consulting.
Wanting to put my energy and commitment to use, I supported a wide range of clients and acquired a broad knowledge base.
After initial consulting assignments in the DACH region, I successfully led numerous international projects in Europe, the USA, China, and Mexico over the past few years.
After a total of 8.5 years in management consulting, I am now ready to take the next step with JK Consulting.
I firmly believe that employees are more satisfied and productive when they understand the reasons behind changes or optimizations.
