Strategy Development

Implementation
For the implementation of the newly defined operations strategy or other initiatives, we follow a proven approach. We build on existing rough plans (if existing) and ensure the success of the implementation through accompanying change management. For all implementations, we follow a proven basic framework:

- Development of measure specifications for detailing and prioritization according to implementation complexity and potential/ target contribution of the individual measures
