I founded JK Consulting as a consultancy firm focused on Hanseatic and humanist consulting in operations. What does this mean? Trust-based and people-oriented consulting.
This approach stems from the belief that companies are most efficient when they can answer the 'why' and when they trust their employees to take responsibility beyond their daily tasks. This is how I act as a company founder and in consulting projects.
Before founding JK Consulting, I worked for over 8 years in a top management consultancy and led numerous national and international projects. My focus was always on operations-related topics from production, supply chain, or procurement.
